Deposits - $100 reservation fee – nonrefundable.  If less than $100 total fee must be paid upfront.

Final Payment

$100 Security Deposit when the balance of the entire rental fee is due

All rental fees are due 30 days prior to the event.  (Tax is not charged.)

Set-up & Clean-up

A CAC staff person will be present from the setup time, until cleanup is completed. 

Cleanup must be completed within rental time. Example: All clean up finished by Midnight on Fri. – Sat. rentals or Overtime rate ($200/ half hour) will be charged to credit card.

ABC License – you will need to acquire or your caterer. Use your own Caterer or bring your own food & paper products. May use your own sound system, potted plants with Lights, table decorations - No decorating walls or ceiling–No confetti or bubbles

 

SECURITY – per Art Centers Discretion

FOR EVENING FUNCTIONS --- $50 an hour

For groups over 101 people One Security Guard will be required at the back exit,

For groups over 300 people Two Security Guard will be required – one at each exit.

A CAC staff person will be present during setup time.  You are responsible for picking up and moving all table and chairs into the position you want to have them in.  It is not the responsibility for the staff at CAC to move any items for you.  If you want to move the stage, you will need 3 – 4 men or strong women to help you lift and move the stage.

You are responsible for picking up and moving all tables, chairs and the stage back into the same position that you found them in on the floor or in the closet.   It is not the responsibility for the staff at CAC to move any items for you.   Failure to do this will result in your $100 deposit not being returned to you.

Tables and Chair

You will have access in Gallery 2 to 6 – 8’ tables and 7 – 6’ tables and 55 chairs.  If you need more than that, you will need to rent them.  The front desk has a suggested rental list.

Art on Display

Guests are allowed to tour the entire art center and view all the artwork.  They are also allowed to purchase any item they wish through our staff members on duty.

If any work is damaged by one of the guests, it is the responsibility of the person who signed the contract to purchase and pay for the work before they leave the building the day/night of the event. 

CHILDREN NEED TO BE WITH AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES!! If they are running around the center and touching everything they will be asked to leave with their parent/guardian.

CAC worker --- Make sure there is not a class scheduled in either the Back Classroom or Gallery 1, when you are scheduling an event!!!  This will affect the number of chairs and tables for event!!
