Mon. – Saturday – 10am-6pm          $125 Flat Fee  (add $50 hour if party extends after 6pm)                           

Sundays - Noon – 4pm                      $125 Flat Fee  (add $50 hour if party extends after 4pm)                           

Mon. -Sun. - 6pm –12 am                  $150 hr. (min. 2 hrs) or $300 whole night

n        Gallery 1 – 600 sq ft. - Sit down dinner for about 50 people or Cocktail 100 people.

n        Building 1 – 10,500 sq ft

n        Catering Kitchen is located in Building 1

n        3 bathrooms are located in Building 1

n        Gallery 2 - 2500 sq feet - Sit down dinner for up to 200 people or Cocktail Party for 325 people.

n        Building 2 – 9,500 sq ft     

n        Catering kitchen is located in building off Gallery

n        3 bathrooms are located off Gallery

n        Sit down dinner for approx.  400 spread through out the art center. (19,000 sq ft)

Deposits - $100 reservation fee – nonrefundable.  If less than $100 total fee must be paid upfront.

Final Payment

$100 Security Deposit when the balance of the entire rental fee is due

All rental fees are due 30 days prior to the event.  (Tax is not charged.)

Set-up & Clean-up

A CAC staff person and security guard in uniform will be present from the setup time, until cleanup is completed. 

Cleanup must be completed within rental time. Example: All clean up finished by Midnight on Fri. – Sat. rentals or Overtime rate ($200/ half hour) will be charged to credit card.

SECURITY – per Art Centers Discretion

FOR EVENING FUNCTIONS --- $50 an hour

For groups over 101 people One Security Guard will be required at the back exit,

For groups over 300 people Two Security Guard will be required – one at each  exit.

 

Tables

6 – 8’ tables and 18 – 6’ tables - Approx. 60 chairs

ABC License – you will need to acquire or your caterer. Use your own Caterer or bring your own food & paper products. May use your own sound system, potted plants with Lights, table decorations - No decorating walls or ceiling–No confetti or bubbles
