_____________________________ The In the agreement, the party who is granting the right to
sell its merchandise will be referred to as “the artist”,
and the other party who is receiving the right to sell the merchandise will be
referred to as “the gallery”. The
parties agree as follows: I.
RIGHT TO SELL.
The artist owns the original works of art (“artwork”). In accordance with this Agreement, the artist
grants the gallery a non-exclusive right to sell the artwork under terms of
this Agreement. The artist agrees to
deliver to the gallery, on consignment, the artwork. The gallery agrees to devote its best efforts
to the sale of the artwork. All sales
prices and terms of the sale shall be determined by mutual consent of the
parties. The gallery is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or
damaged while on display at the art center.

PROCEEDS OF SALES. III.
INVENTORY OF SUBMISSION. The gallery will accept only original work by
the artist, handcrafted work and photography.
We reserve the right to refuse work based upon limited Space. Gallery staff will indicate work sold or
returned to artist. The starting inventory is as follows: Title
