Born in Mexico, and raised in Virginia, Pauli Hagan has many diverse influences in her watercolor. Lisbon, Madrid, Monterrey, Bahamas, British Columbia, Munich, London, Prague, Salzburg, Morocco, Montreal, Acapulco, Guadalajara and San Miguel de Allende have influenced her watercolor painting.
Pauli began taking watercolor classes and art workshops in 1998. She is a member of Virginia Watercolor Society and Bon Air Artists. She has exhibited at The James Center, Bank of Virginia, Glen Allen Cultural Art Center, and Riverfront Plaza.
Pauli graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in nursing. She is married with three sons, two daughters-in-law, and four wonderful grandchildren. She lives in Chester Virginia.
