How to become a Virtual Artist
How do you become a “Virtual Resident” at Crossroads Art Center?
If you are not a current artist in residence at the Crossroads Art center you may still show and advertise on our website. Of course your work will need to be juried to be allowed on the website. If your work has been in at least 3 of our juried shows, or you have been juried into the center in the past as a resident you do not have to go through the process. If you need to be juried for the website, please submit via email to Jenni 3 pieces of your work and your artist statement or just your website address if it contains the information. You can email it to Jenni at jennikirby@crossroadsartcenter.com. There is a yearly fee of $50 for having your information on the Crossroads website. Your information will show under the artist index as a “Virtual Resident”.
Since we do not handle this in house but hire someone to update our website, we will charge a fee of $10 for any text updates to your information on the website after the initial upload. If your update involves a picture, the fee will be $20.
