I wanted to create something that honors and reflects the past, present and future of the Nascar dream and experience.

Artist's Statement:

Laura Bobbiesi is a traditional artist and illustrator, working mostly with watercolor and pencil. She spent the first part of her career as a cartographer before slowly making the transition to fine art and illustration. Laura has illustrated six children’s books and is the co-owner with her sister of Bobi Studios, an independent book publishing company.  When she is not painting, Laura can be found anywhere there is a river or swimming hole, riding her bike down windy back roads or watching old cartoons late at night while the world sleeps.
