One of my favorite leisure activities is exploring greenhouse conservatories where the variety of shapes, colors and scents stimulates creativity. A great place for an artist to sketch and develop a painting.

Artist Statement:

As an artist my work leans towards figurative art, and in some cases, it can be categorized as abstract realism or impressionism. I attribute this to my spontaneous depiction of the subject matter that to the passing eyes may only record a blur. My objective is to capture these fleeting moments, these pasting messages, for others to witness and enjoy.

I believe art should not only be decorative but also tell a story…to educate and stimulate the viewer. The spectator should never stop learning with unexpected wonder and enjoyment.
