Artist Statement:

DUANE CREGGER is an artist working in oils and mixed media. He began painting in 2004. His work has become a narrative of his rural-to-urban migration experiences through a collective human language of symbols and markmaking. Layers of paint become a visual dialogue, suggesting an accumulation of subconscious events, many of which of archetypal.
