November 2024 CAC All Media Juried Show "Feast" Exhibition

Crossroads Art Center is excited to announce an online call for entries for the November 2024 Exhibition. There is a theme for this exhibit: "Feast". This is a juried show.

For the theme "Feast," here are some inspirational ideas. 

Cultural Celebrations: Encourage artists to explore feasts from different cultures, such as Thanksgiving, Diwali, Chinese New Year, or Mediterranean feasts. They can depict traditional foods, settings, and rituals associated with these celebrations.

Historical Feasts: Inspire artists to delve into history and create works based on famous feasts, such as medieval banquets, Roman feasts, or royal dinners. This could include lavish settings, extravagant dishes, and historical figures.

Feasts in Nature: Suggest artists find inspiration in the natural world, such as a feast for the senses in a blooming garden, a bountiful harvest, or animals feasting in the wild. This could emphasize the beauty and abundance of nature.
