This is a juried show. There is no theme for this exhibit. \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eWork that has been accepted into a juried show at the art center previously may not be entered into a juried show again. Entry fee is $15 per submission for the general public (with a limit of three submissions) and for New or Renewing Gallery Members the cost will be $12 per submission. In addition, Gallery Members may receive a fourth entry for free: use Code: 4thFREE\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf an artist is not a member and wishes to participate, they may join at the time of entry.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCommission on sales is 30%.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe gallery will accept only original work created by the artist. It is a statement about all of your work, in general. Why and what and how you do what you do.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e• You must enter verbiage regarding the individual piece of art - The character limit is 300, including spaces (You will be cut off)!!\u003cspan class=\"Apple-converted-space\"\u003e  \u003c\/span\u003eIt is about the specific work of art.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e• You do not have to create a portfolio site to enter the show.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e• Prices - DO NOT TYPE IN A COMMA. This produces the wrong price ($2, instead of $2,500). ArtCall will add the comma automatically\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e• Measurements - HEIGHT first, then Width then Depth (H x W x D), inches at the end.   Ex: 8 x 10\",  6 x 8 x 12\"\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cb\u003e• All this information\u003c\/b\u003e is used online and on wall labels, awards, and publicity. Use Spellcheck as well as word count! \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e• After submitting, please log back in and double check your information. Did you enter the required 2 or 3 photos? Is your price correct? Measurements? Is your statement complete? Please do not guess. If we do not have the measurements for the art and\/or the framed art, your piece will not be considered to jury. Walls and backgrounds SHOULD NOT SHOW in photos. Make sure that both the full-view and detail images are oriented correctly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCrossroads Art Center’s AMS are open to mid-Atlantic artists through a bimonthly call for entries, and cash prizes are awarded for the winners. Each show is juried by a prominent art professional from the community (a gallery director, curator, museum official, arts professor, or accomplished artist). Cash awards are given for 1st $100, 2nd $75, and 3rd $50 place winners.
