ARTIST STATEMENT: “Dreams”

Together a mother and her son, my sister and my nephew, slept peacefully. I've watched her step into motherhood with grace and joy. I wondered what they were dreaming of. I like to think she was dreaming of the endless possibilities of his future and he dreamt of her and all the ones who love him.
