Call for Entries: Sunday, August 1, 2021 – Saturday, August 28, 2021 Online Only
  • Artwork Juried: Sunday, August 29, 2021
  • Artists Notified: Monday, August 30, 2021 via Email
  • Artwork Drop Off : Thurs. Sept. 9, 2021 – Sat., Sept. 11, 2021 by Noon. All art juried into the show will be shown in the gallery as well as online.
  • Exhibition Hung: Sunday, September 12, 2021
  • Exhibition Opening: Friday, September 17, 2021 from 6-9pm
  • Exhibition End Date: Sunday, November 7, 2021
  • Artwork Available for Artists to Pick Up: Monday, November 8, 2021

    • All work submitted must be for sale.
    • Entry fee is $12 per submission for the general public (with a limit of three submissions) and $9 per submission for Crossroads Gallery Members. Gallery Members receive a fourth entry for free.

    HOW TO SUBMIT:

    1. First Click on the PDF Form 2021 Juried All-Media Show Agreement (pdf) 
    2. Prepare digital images for submission. 
    3. IMAGE PREPARATION All artwork for exhibition will be juried by digital images. Digital files must meet the following specifications:
    4. • Files must be in JPEG or PNG format with resolution of 300 dpi with the longest dimension being no more than 6” and saved at maximum quality level. • Images should be clear and in focus. This represents your work and how it is displayed online. • Watermarked images will not be accepted.
    5. 2D IMAGE REQUIREMENTS Three images of each piece are required, one of the art without frame, one with frame, and a close detail image. If the art is unframed, then only two photos are required. Images should be labeled accordingly:

    9. 3D IMAGE REQUIREMENTS For each 3D, installation, or wearable art entry, submit one overall front image, one overall rear or sideview image, and one detail image.
    10. • Detail images must show an important aspect of the art. Make sure that both the full-view and detail images are oriented correctly. Labels images in this format:

    14. Email completed PDF Application and digital images as attachments to the following address: cacamsentries@gmail.com.
    15.  Look for a submission confirmation email in your inbox within 3 business days.
