I immediately was inspired by an image of a cave they discovered along the Aegean Sea. The roughness of the cliff formation contrasted nicely with the still turquoise water.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: rgb(255, 128, 0);\"\u003eArtist's Statement:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs an artist, my work leans towards figurative art, and in some cases, it can be categorized as alla prima brush work or impressionism. I attribute this to my spontaneous depiction of the subject matter that to the passing eyes may only record it as a blur. My objective is to capture these fleeting moments for others to witness and enjoy.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI believe art should not only be decorative but also tell a story…to educate and stimulate the viewer.
