This abstract acrylic work was intuitively painted by meditating on the energy of love. Its ethereal quality radiates the peace that I find in natural settings and the serenity of my garden.

Artist's Statement: 

I think love is the most powerful energy in our world. This abstract acrylic work was intuitively painted by meditating on the energy and essence of love. It has an ethereal quality that radiates peace and serenity. The same peace that I find in natural settings; the same serenity many of us enjoy when working in our gardens.

All my intuitive paintings depict the energies of the natural universe that surrounds us, and the essence of my own internal energies. I frequently work in mixed media including silk fabrics that I hand-dyed 25 years ago, papers that I hand-painted or printed, and other textural media.
