Fall as winter is approaching: as the chill sets in and foliages are faded, breathless, appealing and beautiful. Rust, celery, chili, onion, cranberry, tea, coffee are the dyes with free motion stitching.

Artist's Statement: 

I am a creative expressionist. Art is my passion.  I work intuitively, mixing reality with abstraction, creating from the depths of my soul.  I am inspired by the world around me. I work in a variety of mediums including oil, acrylic, fiber, inks, pencil, pen, pastels papers plus tile and stone. I love the power of color, line, shape, value and texture to define the final design. My process is truly my own. I show my work throughout VA and NC. My multifaceted fine art is powerful and expressive, pleasing my collectors. I work from my multiple home studios on Lake Gaston, NC.
