It’s All Greek to Me: Art Inspired by Greece
Crossroads Art Center announces a call to artists for “It’s All Greek to Me”, a juried exhibition celebrating Artwork Inspired by Greece. Original 2D and 3D work will be considered with the exclusion of jewelry.
Artists are encouraged to sell smaller print versions of submitted artwork/photographs if applicable. These will be displayed in a print bin.
All accepted artworks will be exhibited at Crossroads Art Center with an toga-theme opening reception event on Friday, July 17. A portion of sales will be donated to the Richmond Greek Festival.

Greek-themed Toga Party on Friday, July 17, 2020, 6–9pm, at Crossroads Art Center.
The submission fee is nonrefundable $25 (US) for up to three entries.
All submissions must be submitted in person during the specified submission dates/hours to Crossroads Art Center at 2016 Staples Mill Road, Richmond, Virginia 23230.
Completed entry forms, along with the $25 entry fee, are required to complete submission. The entry fee can be paid beforehand online or at time of submission.
All work must be for sale. Artists will receive 70% of sale price.
Crossroads Art Center LLC will accept only original 2D and 3D artwork handcrafted by the artist, excluding jewelry. The gallery reserves the right to refuse delivered work if it differs from the submitted image, if the frame is in poor condition, or if the work is not properly wired. Signing the entry form or submitting entries online denotes agreement to the terms and conditions as stated in the entry information. The gallery is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while on display at the art center.
All hanging work must be wired for hanging with professional-grade wire. Screw eyes are accepted, but D-rings are preferred. Pieces with saw-tooth hangers will not be accepted. Ensure corners of frames, whether metal or wood, are tightly joined and have no scuffs, scrapes, or chips.
