Artist's Statement:

My love of nature and living at Lake Anna has had a big influence on my photography.

To photograph the beauty of a hummingbird as it hovers over the flowers.

To see the unique views of the garden at sunrise and sunset.

To freeze the moment a wild horse runs to the top of a dune or a heron as it begins to take flight is exhilarating.

To capture the splendor of nature, with all its beauty, that surrounds me daily.

To photograph these moments and have the ability to share them with others is a wonderful feeling.
