I always look forward to seeing the hummingbirds return to the feeders each year. They are amazing little creatures and their vibrant colors always inspires me to paint them.

Artist Statement:

I started looking for a fulfilling way to spend my time in late 2015. I stumbled upon an art show at the local Farmer's Market and was inspired. I went straight to the store and bought watercolor, paper brushes and started playing. I am in awe how quickly I took to it and what I have accomplished since that Saturday in late October. I will never forget that day and how it changed my life.
