This painting was inspired by a photo I took on the Island of Anegada in the British Virgin Islands. Looked as though the boat had been left adrift and forgotten. I knew the moment I saw it, it would become a painting.

Artist Statement:

My art is an expression of my view of the world, where "Beauty" reigns. If one pays attention and employs imagination, beauty can usually be found in even the most minute detail, especially, if that detail is bathed in sunlight. My goal as a painter is to portray that gorgeous light and use vibrant colors that dance and sing off the canvas and foremost, elicit emotion from you as your eyes wander around my latest creation.
