Urban Bassing in Richmond
Presentation Copy: $125
This little book from 1993, spiral-bound and printed on heavy card stock, has reached “cult following” status among Richmond anglers. It identifies and carefully describes more than 20 spots in Richmond where the author regularly spends 5-minute bass fishing outings, between business meetings, wearing his suit and tie – as chronicled in Field & Stream Magazine. The book also contains stories and essays about the author’s outings at the spots. Each presentation copy features an original watercolor painting of a bass (sizes range from 2 to 8 inches) on the inside cover. Also affixed to the inside cover is a 1914 antique chromolithograph fish trading card.
