A whimsical landscape that depicts the coming of fall through the eyes of a lone sparrow in flight.

Artist's Statement: 

My paintings represent my personal interaction with the outdoors, primarily with the beaches, inlets and marshes along the North Carolina coastline as well as my unique interpretation from my travels, primarily living and working in Europe and the Middle East for a period of time. “Put me on a beach with an incoming tide or fly me somewhere I’ve never been, and afterwards, I may go back to the studio to capture those experiences and moments.”
