The creatures and ornaments of nature that adorn my stoneware pieces are both familiar and archetypal. My inspiration is drawn from the mischief of animals particularly of the marine life variety. Whether my work is functional or sculptural, each piece is designed to honor the beauty and mystery we all share through nature.  Nature is a boundless inspiration that challenges my creative spirit to see and express in new ways guiding me into an organic and whimsical world.
