Project1 “Your Home Resource” is a fresh concept in home décor shopping in Richmond, Virginia. Conceived as a source for not only existing furnishings but as a place to come when a more customized look is desired, our original idea has evolved to encompass a variety of services as well.
In home décor as with fashion, conventional rules no longer apply. There is no single right look, personalities are reflected in what we wear and the things we surround ourselves with. Styles no longer change, they evolve. Trends no longer happen, they go viral overnight! At Project1 we’ve thrown the rules out the window and celebrate creativity. Here you’ll find an eclectic mix of vintage, mid century modern and antique home furnishings, beautifully displayed in an easy-to-navigate space. Our dealers are constantly seeking out the interesting and unique, be it a mid 20th century Harry Bertoia Diamond Chair, a Neoclassical architectural element or an industrial work bench with a reclaimed wood top that’s been repurposed as a desk. Refined classics will always have a place at Project1, we’ll just mix them up a bit.
Among the services provided by Project1 are those of interior designers, contractors. repair and restoration experts, upholsterers, hand crafted furniture and painted furniture specialists, and an appraiser.
