Most folks enjoy the ocean during hot summer days, but I find the cooler off-season to be more intriguing and with the opportunity to gather my thoughts alone while listening to the uninterrupted bird life and winter waves.

Artist's Statement:

As an artist my work leans towards figurative art, and in some cases, it can be categorized as abstract realism or impressionism. I attribute this to my spontaneous depiction of the subject matter that to the passing eyes may only record a blur. My objective is to capture these fleeting moments for others to witness and enjoy.

I believe art should not only be decorative but also tell a story…to educate and stimulate the viewer. The spectator should never stop learning with unexpected wonder and enjoyment.
