There are 2 ways to enter!

Online: June 1 – June 22, 2024  (Submit through ArtCall--click here)

OR 

In person: July 11 & 12, 2024  (Submit In Person and Deliver) by NOON 7/12

In person - If you prefer to participate in the member show without a digital entry you will have that opportunity. You will fill out an entry form in person when you deliver your artwork (July 11-12). Please make sure you have your entries properly labeled. (Your Name, title, medium, size (framed size) price, phone number and email address) If you chose to participate in the member show without using our digital call for entries, your artwork will NOT be a part of the online collection.

Artwork (all work) Drop Off: Thurs., July 11, 2024 – Sat., July 13, 2024, by NOON

Opening Weekend: July 20, 2024, 10am - 5pm & Sunday, July 21 Noon - 4pm

Exhibition End Date: Saturday, August 31, 2024

Artwork Available for Artists to Pick Up: Tuesday, September 3, 2024

-The Annual Gallery Member Show is open to all current CAC members; if you are not a member, you may join online (access form and pay)  JOIN NOW

-All members get the first entry FREE, and an optional second entry for $12

• -ALL ENTRIES are accepted into the exhibition, and will be Live at Crossroads Art Center. All entries done digitally through ArtCall will also be in the Online Exhibition on the CAC website.

 

Important Information

• All entrants must be Current or New Crossroads Art Center members; artists may join or update their membership at any time JOIN NOW
• There is no theme for the show.
• All work submitted must be for sale.
• Commission on sales is 30%.
• The first entry is free, the second $12 ( limit 2 submissions).
• Artists may enter this show through ArtCall or In Person at Crossroads Art Center.
• The gallery will accept only original work created by the artist. No reproductions or giclee prints will be accepted unless approved by Jenni Kirby, Owner. The gallery reserves the right to refuse work.
• All work must remain on display until the end of the exhibition (unless sold). Artists may not remove artwork for exhibition early.

Before submitting artwork, please read and be sure you understand thoroughly procedures and expectations as listed in Prospectus. (link)

 The 2024 AMS shows are exhibited at Crossroads Art Center and as an online exhibition where customers can shop directly from the website.

Submission Details:

• For this show you must be a member! JOIN or RENEW Now

• Your name should have the FIRST LETTER of each name capitalized: Jonathan Doe.

• The first time you register, you need an artist statement - 200 word limit in first person. It is a statement about all of your work, in general. Why and what and how you do what you do.

• You must enter verbiage regarding the individual piece of art - The character limit is 300, including spaces (You will be cut off)!!  It is about the specific work of art.

• You do not have to create a portfolio site to enter the show.

• Prices - DO NOT TYPE IN A COMMA. This produces the wrong price ($2, instead of $2,500). ArtCall will add the comma automatically

• Measurements - HEIGHT first, then Width then Depth (H x W x D), inches at the end.   Ex: 8 x 10",  6 x 8 x 12"

• All this information is used online and on wall labels, awards, and publicity. Use Spellcheck as well as  word count! 

• After submitting, please log back in and double check your information. Did you enter the required 2 or 3 photos? Is your price correct? Measurements? Is your statement complete? Too long?

• FYI - You can go back in and add/edit images and edit text until the call ends.

• VERY IMPORTANT: You can delete and change photos and change text within each submission up until end-of-call. Do not delete an entire submission and then replace it with a new one--ArtCall will charge you for a new submission!

2D IMAGE REQUIREMENTS

3 images of each piece are required, one of the art without frame, one with frame, and a close detail image (zoomed into a small section of interest). If the art is unframed, only 2 photos are required.

NOTE: if the work is framed, we must have the outside measurements of the frame (H x W x D). Please do not guess. If we do not have the measurements for the art and/or the framed art, your piece will not be considered to jury. Walls and backgrounds SHOULD NOT SHOW in photos. When taking the digital image please make sure the photo is not at an angle or crooked.

3D IMAGE REQUIREMENTS

For each 3D, installation, or wearable art entry, submit 3 images: one overall front image, one overall rear or sideview image, and one detail image (zoomed into a small section of interest).

Detail images must show an important aspect of the art. Make sure that both the full-view and detail images are oriented correctly.

Artwork Drop Off:

       ArtCall entries: Thurs., July 11, 2024 – Sat., July 13, 2024, by Noon
       In-Person entries: Thursday, July 11 - Friday, July 12, by Noon

Exhibition End Date: Saturday, August 31, 2024

Artwork Available for Artists to Pick Up: Tuesday, September 3, 2024
