This piece was created in celebration of the Lunar New Year. It is meant to represent the year of the fire horse and how it is a symbol of forward movement, motivation, and freedom.

Artist's Statement:

My multimedia pieces are created to capture the interesting aesthetics of different materials and render images with the intent of highlighting the beauty within that which we find jarring and the disturbing elements within pleasant images. This combination has led to a portfolio full of whimsy and discomfort.
