Spending a few nights in a hobbit-themed AirBnB is one of my favorite ways to vacation. Set against a lovely garden, this earthen home soothes the soul.

Artist's Statement:

I am an emerging artist based in Ashland, VA. Growing up, I've always enjoyed creating. My mother exposed me to many different forms of craft: drawing, painting, fiber arts, polymer clay, and more. Although my formal studies focused on scientific disciplines, I gravitated towards the arts for my electives. Years later, I rediscovered my love of painting with acrylics and gouache. I began oil painting in 2024 after taking a VisArt class taught by Stanley Rayfield. A medium I once found intimidating was now unlocked. I enjoy painting a variety of subjects both in studio and plein air.
