Artist's Statement:

My education has been unconventional, yet I believe it is all directed by God. Inspired by my travels as a former flight attendant, I long to recreate the places I visited and capture the human spirit though portraiture.  Initially influenced by the Mona Lisa when I visited the Louvre in Paris, the focus of my art is plein air of historical sited and wedding venues and portraits of people, homes and pets using a variety of mediums such as oil pastels, Oils, pastels, acrylic, watercolor and charcoal.  I have done over 2,000 commissioned to date and have work in 13 museums.  I have taught wc on cruise ships around the world and in the women's prison.
