The glorious Japanese maple, twisting and delicate, a living sculpture. Some call it the most famous tree in the world, and kneeling before it with my camera, I understood why. That morning, fog wrapped the garden in a dreamlike haze, and the maple blazed in reds and gold, glowing in soft, diffused light.

Artist's Statement:

My passion for photography is fueled for my love for travel, exploration, adventure, continued learning and nature’s beauty. Traveling to amazing, unique destinations and artfully capturing amazing scenes and fleeting moments is what drives me. I’ve committed myself to explore and share all that I can through my love of photography. Nothing makes me happier than bringing beautiful images into people’s personal homes or workspaces so that they too can enjoy and be inspired by the natural world.
