A view of downtown Richmond and the south bank of the Richmond Flood Wall. painted en plein air from the deck of Legend Brewery. It was a beautiful day, but a daunting task. Originally this was titled "James River, Ninth Street Bridge, and Richmond Skyline, Noon".
