Artist Advertising/Selling Agreement
____________________________________________, Artist, and Crossroads Art Center LLC, agree to the following contract.
_____ (initial) Artist has applied and been approved to exhibit their original artwork.
____ (initial) Advertise & Sell on the website. Artist will sign a year contract. The contract will begin on the 1st of the next month after artist signs the contract. The cost for one year (Year # 1) will be $150 and it is due at the signing of the contract via a credit card. The fee includes artist set up and 10 art/product set up. When the art/product you have on the website sells on the website or through Crossroads Art Center you will send us a new image and information about the art/product. We will add this art/product at not cost to you. If the art piece you have listed on the website sells outside of the website or Crossroads Art Center you will incur a $10 fee per piece for new product upload. Commission will be 17% on art sales. There will be a $25 handling fee for shipping that customer will pay.

Contract will auto renew unless you tell us 60 days before end of contract that you do not want to renew. Renewal after first year is $95. The $95 fee includes 3 art/product changes.

Artwork Delivery to Local RVA Customers
Artwork that is purchased locally and is going to be picked up by the buyer; will be delivered to Crossroads Art Center by the artist within a 2 day time period once the artist is notified of the purchase. Crossroads Art Center, 2016 Staples Mill Rd, Richmond VA 23230 is located in Crossroads Shopping Center near the corner of Staples Mill Rd and Broad Street which is near the Krispy Kreme. The Crossroads Art Center will let the buyer know as soon as they have received the piece from the artist so the buyer may pick up the artwork. At the time of drop off by the artist, an Art Condition Report will be completed on the art piece. The Art Condition Report will also be checked off by the buyer at pickup.
Commission will be 15% on all sold pieces. Checks will be available for pick up or mailed to you on the 15th of the following month that the art work was sold in. Example: Art sold in January will be paid to the artist on February 8th.
