Have you ever had an idea of what something should be only to find that the story has ended long before it ever fully became realized? This painting is a reflection of that. It's the growth that moves faster than our minds do. A story that once existed but now is being rewritten. A traveller by chance but peace that happened on purpose.

Artist's Statement:

I believe art is a window into our souls. A moment, a feeling, a space we simply have to capture for when poetry seems to evade our tongues there is a brush stroke that defines. My art is meant to explore the various themes of humanity in a grounded way without losing depth. It is to spark and illicit both conversation, awareness, but also to bring healing- because at the core of everything I believe art is meant to bring truth into the heart long before it arrives in the hands of our community. I believe our humanity both sharp and soft, dark but bright, and lost yet found is worth exploring. That both exist with equal weight.
