Logan MacKethan

Logan MacKethan paints the images and clouds that inspire her. As a native Washingtonian, her arts training began at the Corcoran School of Art in photography. She has holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Northwestern University and has been painting for the past 9 years. As a visual artist, Logan has participated in numerous workshops and residencies, most recently at the Beverly Street School in Staunton, Virginia. She has been exhibited at the Second Street Gallery, the Darden Business School at UVA as well as the Workroom Cooperative Gallery in Washington D.C.. Last fall she was juried into the Crossroads Art Center in Richmond, Virginia and also accepted as an Associate Member in the McGuffey Art Center, Charlottesville. The Staunton Augusta Art Center, Staunton, Virginia featured her work in a 2 person show in early 2021 and the new VCU Health Center selected one of her original cloud paintings to be featured in their new health center. Logan’s work is held in many private and public collections in across the United States including San Francisco, Texas, Rhode Island, Washington D.C. , Puerto Rico and Virginia.
