Aqua Reach captures a quiet stretch of shoreline beneath a luminous, shifting sky. I was drawn to the soft coastal grasses, muted sands, and silvery waters, and wanted to evoke the fleeting beauty of changing light -- a moment of stillness where land, sea, and atmosphere meet.

Artist's Statement:

Art is about nourishment. It feeds the soul. From the start of each painting, I strive to capture the essence of the subject through a process of discovery combining curiosity, analysis, and intuition. Compelling paintings are founded on the visual artist's unique work flow -- eye, brain, heart and hand. Art fosters interconnections capable of touching the deepest parts of a human being. Creating art that nurtures myself and the emotional well-being of others is at the core of my art practice.
