In my figurative practice, I like to put my "figure/people" in imagined situations. Here I imagine an older gentleman, perhaps a mixture of my father, grandfather, elderly neighbor , had a life finding justice in the aftermath of WWII.

Artist's Statement:

I am painter who paints what I call "human-scapes." My goal is to capture the spirit of my subject and learn a little bit about him/her and myself in the process.
