"Always on the Lookout" - Inspired by an active lighthouse...

Faro di Brucoli is located on the east coast of Sicily.

As with all lighthouses around the world, this wonderful place keeps sailors and boats safe from the erratic seas off Italy. Lighthouses are a watchful sentinel, a guiding hand, always steadfast and bright...always awake keeping all who sail safe - what more can one ask from a building.

This wonderful scenic place has been converted to an amazing vacation property. We had the pleasure of being able to spend time there which inspired this wonderful Art Quilt.

Thinking of it always brings me to an amazingly peaceful place! Enjoy!
