Travel to another galaxy with art! Crossroads Art Center invites our Gallery Members to submit artwork for our upcoming exhibition, Sun, Moon, Stars. Create artwork inspired by the night sky, space, our solar system, and everything beyond!

Sun • Moon • Stars — An Exhibition of Celestial Inspiration

Crossroads Art Center invites artists to reach beyond the horizon in “Sun • Moon • Stars,” a themed exhibition celebrating the wonder, symbolism, and mystery of the cosmos. From bright, life-giving sunlight to the quiet pull of the moon and the infinite shimmer of distant stars, this show welcomes artwork inspired by the skies above and all they represent.

Let your imagination orbit ideas of light, shadow, rhythm, cycles, astrology, astronomy, mythology, and the universal human connection to the heavens. Whether literal or abstract, bold or serene, we encourage all interpretations that explore our relationship with the celestial world.

• Constellations, astrology, and zodiac

• Cosmic patterns and night skies

• Mythology, storytelling, and celestial symbolism

Eligible Media

Painting, photography, mixed media, fiber, sculpture, printmaking, digital art, ceramics, glass, and all forms of creative expression.

·         Call for Entry: April 1 – 15, 2026

·         Exhibition Opening Reception: Friday, May 15, 2026 | 5–8PM

•     Pickup of Unsold Work is Tuesday, June 30, 2026

Submission Fees:

·         $15 per entry (up to 3 entries)

Commission Structure:

·         70% to Artist | 30% to Crossroads Art Center
